Ingredients
  Lean pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Canned bamboo shoots 7 Ounce (1 can)
  Mushrooms 6 Large
  Bean sprouts/Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shoyu/Salt To Taste (soy sauce)
  Green onions 2 , minced
Directions

Slice pork as thin as possible.
Combine all ingredients, except shoyu and onions; simmer, covered, 15 minutes, or until pork is cooked.
Add shoyu to taste and serve with a little onion sprinkled on each serving.
