|Lean pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned bamboo shoots||7 Ounce (1 can)|
|Bean sprouts/Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shoyu/Salt||To Taste (soy sauce)|
|Green onions||2 , minced|
Slice pork as thin as possible.
Combine all ingredients, except shoyu and onions; simmer, covered, 15 minutes, or until pork is cooked.
Add shoyu to taste and serve with a little onion sprinkled on each serving.
