This sushi recipe video equips you with the skill to prepare the traditional healthy and delicious Japanese dish right at home. You no longer need to visit a restaurant to relish your favorite sushi. Bring home the flavors and tastes of your favorite Japanese restaurant.
Ingredients
  Nori sheets 1
  Imitation crab meat 25 Gram, slice
  Carrots 25 Gram, slice
  Asparagus 25 Gram, slice
  Sushi rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the carrots, crab sticks and asparagus lengthwise.

MAKING
2. On the mat place the nori sheet on top and cover it with a thin layer of sushi rice.
3. Place the crab sticks followed by the carrots and asparagus.
4. Carefully roll the mat using your finger and palms to keep the mat even and the ingredients in place.
5. Cut the sushi into six equal pieces and place it on a serving plate.

SERVING
6. Serve the sushi with wasabi and picked ginger if you like or any other sauce.
