Chicken Teriyaki With Orange Juice

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice/Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sake/Light dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Finely grated orange peel To Taste
  Grated ginger/1 teaspoon ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in blender and mix well.
Pour into deep bowl and add chicken.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator up to 4 days, turning occasionally.
When ready to cook, preheat broiler.
Arrange chicken pieces in shallow pan.
Broil about 6 inches from heat until done, 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
