Chicken Teriyaki With Orange Juice
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh orange juice/Apple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sake/Light dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely grated orange peel||To Taste|
|Grated ginger/1 teaspoon ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces|
Combine first 8 ingredients in blender and mix well.
Pour into deep bowl and add chicken.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator up to 4 days, turning occasionally.
When ready to cook, preheat broiler.
Arrange chicken pieces in shallow pan.
Broil about 6 inches from heat until done, 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
