Teriyaki Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Lean flank steak 1
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

Trim fat from steak.
Place steak in a large shallow dish.
Combine pineapple juice and next 6 ingredients,- stir well.
Divide mixtrure in half.
Cover and chill half of mixture for use duringgrilling.
Pour remaining half over steak Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place steak on rack, and cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, turning and basting frequently with reserved pineapple juice mixture.
Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4 inchthick slices.
