Teriyaki Toasted Nuts
|Nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs), mixed|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Spread nuts on a large ungreased baking sheet with raised sides.
Roast nuts for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
In a small skillet, melt butter or margarine.
Stir in soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt and lemon juice; brush over toasted nuts.
Roast for 5 minutes longer until golden brown.
