Miso Soup With Egg
|Regular strength chicken broth/Regular strength beef broth / dashi||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Fermented soy bean paste||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sherry/Sweet rice wine||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange twist/Lemon peel and slices of green onion tops||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Bring broth or Dashi mixed with miso and salt to a boil.
While swirling the soup in the pan, gradually trickle in the beaten egg.
Remove from heat.
Add wine, if you wish.
Place a twist of orange or lemon peel in each bowl before adding soup.
Top with green onion rings.
