Miso Soup With Egg

Ingredients
  Regular strength chicken broth/Regular strength beef broth / dashi 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fermented soy bean paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sherry/Sweet rice wine 2 Teaspoon
  Orange twist/Lemon peel and slices of green onion tops 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Bring broth or Dashi mixed with miso and salt to a boil.
While swirling the soup in the pan, gradually trickle in the beaten egg.
Remove from heat.
Add wine, if you wish.
Place a twist of orange or lemon peel in each bowl before adding soup.
Top with green onion rings.
