Pork Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Boneless pork steaks 2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry/Sweet rice wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate meat for 1 hour in a mixture of the soy sauce, sherry, crushed garlic, and sugar.
Broil slowly, basting with the marinade during broiling.
