|Boneless pork steaks||2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes|
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sherry/Sweet rice wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Marinate meat for 1 hour in a mixture of the soy sauce, sherry, crushed garlic, and sugar.
Broil slowly, basting with the marinade during broiling.
