Japanese Salad With Sesame Ginger Dressing

  Rice wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Asian dark sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Grated peeled ginger 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Sesame seeds 4 Teaspoon (White Or Black)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Small, chopped

1 Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds, sugar, garlic, and cayenne in a medium bowl; mix well.
2 Divide the lettuce among 6 salad bowls. Spoon the dressing evenly on top (about 1 tablespoon per bowl) and serve at once.
