Ingredients
  Raw chicken breast 1⁄2 , boned
  Mushrooms 9 Medium
  Seasoned hot chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs), seasoned well
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon peel strip 6
Directions

Put hot chicken broth in fondue pot over high heat.
When boiling add chicken and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes
