Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sirloin steak/Rib steak 2 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients and stir to dissolve sugar.
Place steak in heavy-duty plastic bag; pour marinade over steak.
Secure plastic bag making sure marinade surrounds the meat and place on tray in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
