Teriyaki Wrap Ups

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion/1 teaspoon instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic/1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sirloin steak 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

In small bowl, combine sugar, onion, garlic, ginger and soy sauce; mix well.
Add steak strips, tossing to coat with soy mixture.
Let stand 15 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain steak strips and wrap each around water chestnut (cut larger water chestnuts in half), fastening with toothpicks.
Place on plate or shallow baking dish.
Cook uncovered 3 minutes or until steak is desired doneness.
