Teriyaki Chicken Wings
|Chicken wings||24 (disjoined)|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon, divided|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay chicken wings in a single layer in a large cake pan.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
Brown in oven for 10 minutes.
Drain the fat.
Turn the wings and sprinkle with more garlic powder.
Drain fat again.
In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, soy sauce, and wine.
Pour over the chicken and bake for 45 minutes.
Turn and baste wings every 7 to 10 minutes.
