|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
Cut chicken parts into pieces that are easy to pick up as a finger food (smaller than for frying).
Marinate in refrigerator overnight, or at least several hours.
Select pieces out of liquid.
Place on cookie sheet or pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
Eat hot or chilled.
