Teriyaki Pork Chops
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger/3/4 teaspoon ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Pork loin chops||4 , cut 1 inch thick|
In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except pork chops.
Add pork chops; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, basting occasionally.
Drain chops; reserve marinade.
Arrange medium-hot briquets to one side of grill with drip pan next to briquets.
Place chops over drip pan.
Cover grill and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until chops are tender and cooked through, turning once and basting often with marinade.
