Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Sub

Ingredients
  Honey dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Teriyaki sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sucralose 1 Tablespoon (Sugar Substitute)
  Grated peeled ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Skinless boneless chicken 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Chopped bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Red / Yellow Colored)
  Coarsely chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped plum tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded napa cabbage/Romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Italian hero rolls/Romaine lettuce 4 , split (About 8 Inches Each)
Directions

Combine mustard, teriyaki sauce, sugar substitute, ginger and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat.
Stir-fry chicken 5 minutes until no longer pink.
Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes until just tender.
Pour sauce mixture over stir-fry and cook 1 minute.
Arrange cabbage on rolls and top with equal portions of stir-fry.
Close rolls.
