Kaminaritofu 雷豆腐のレシピ・作り方

Ingredients
  Bean curd 250 Gram, torn into small pieces
  Radish 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Sea weed 1 Tablespoon
  Bonito flakes 1 Tablespoon, dried
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce/Nagasawake sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat sesame oil on medium high.
2. Once smoking add the tofu and stir fry for few minutes or till it turns light brown.

SERVING
3. In a serving plate put stir fried tofu. Put radish, green onion, seaweed, bonito flakes as layers. Pour the soy sauce all over them generously and serve immediately.
