Yaki Aburaage(Fried Bean Curd) 焼き油揚げのレシピ

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fried bean curd 2 Large
  Green onion leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix soy sauce and mayonnaise.
2. Spread the mixture on the fried bean curd.
3. Place it in a toaster/oven and toast it till charred. Remove from toaster/oven and cut it into bite size pieces.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate serve the fried bean curd garnished with green onions.

TIPS
Nagasawake sauce can also be used instead of soy sauce.
