Yakisoba - Japanese Fried Noodle

Ingredients
  Yakisoba noodles 200 Gram, cooked, drained
  Pork 100 Gram
  Onion 100 Gram, slice
  Cabbage 100 Gram
  Sake 15 Cubic Centimeter
  Aonori 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon, divided
For the yakisoba sauce
  Okonomiyaki sauce 40 Cubic Centimeter
  Nagasawake sauce 20 Cubic Centimeter
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the onions, chop the cabbage, set aside.

MAKING
2. In a wok fry the cooked yakisoba noodles, set aside.
3. In the same pan stir fry the pork until cooked and set aside.
4. In the same pan pour oil and sauté the onions until brown.
5. Add the cabbage and stir fry, add sake, aonori and yakisoba sauce, toss everything together.
6. Place the noodles in a seving plate and top it with the stir fry vegetables and pork.

SERVING
7. Serve the yakisoba noodles hot.
