Japanese Mushroom Pasta

Nagasawa eldest son home today Japanese mushroom and bacon pasta recipeto introduce. Because there are a variety of mushrooms, please make it and adjust the amount of your favorite mushrooms of your choice.
Ingredients
  Eringi mushroom 10 Gram
  Shimeji mushroom 10 Gram
  Maitake mushrooms 10 Gram
  Bacon 50 Gram, chop (into bite size peices)
  Cooked pasta 200 Gram
  Hot water 100 Cubic Centimeter
  Sake 15 Cubic Centimeter
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Nagasake sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop the garlic and green onions, set aside.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces.

MAKING
3. In a small pan fry the bacon until crisp, set aside.
4. In the same pan sauté garlic in the bacon fat until brown and add the mushrooms, sauté well.
5. Add the bacon and pour hot water and let it cook, pour sake and add the nagasake sauce.
6. Add the pasta and toss everything until well coated.

SERVING
7. Serve the Japanese mushrrom pasta hot, garnish with green onions.
