Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Condensed beef broth 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 50 Milliliter
  Diagonally sliced green onions 50 Milliliter
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ground ginger 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Sirloin steak 1 Kilogram, thinly sliced
Directions

Combine broth, soy, green onions, garlic, brown sugar and ginger.
Cut steak into long strips about 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide.
Marinate steak for 2 hours in soup mixture.
Thread on 4 skewers.
Broil about 5 cm (2 inches) from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes), basting with marinade and turning once.
Heat remaining marinade (strain if desired) and serve with meat.
