Teriyaki Chicken Medley
|Cooked white rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 3/4 Cup Uncooked)|
|Cooked chicken||10 Ounce, cut into strips (2 Cups)|
|French fried onions||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), divided|
|Frozen bell pepper strips||12 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Chicken gravy||1 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Teriyaki sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Grease 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Press rice onto bottom of prepared dish.
Combine chicken, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, bell pepper strips, gravy and teriyaki sauce in large bowl; mix well.
Pour mixture over rice layer.
Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions.
Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden brown.
