Teriyaki Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Finely minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Steak 1⁄2 Pound, cut diagonally in very thin strips (Round Or Sirloin)
  Canned halved water chestnuts 6 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

In mixing bowl, combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and salt.
Add meat strips; coat evenly.
Marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain strips on paper towel.
Wrap 1 around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
Arrange on glass plate.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turnhalfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
