Teriyaki Roll Ups
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Steak||1⁄2 Pound, cut diagonally in very thin strips (Round Or Sirloin)|
|Canned halved water chestnuts||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
In mixing bowl, combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and salt.
Add meat strips; coat evenly.
Marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain strips on paper towel.
Wrap 1 around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.
Arrange on glass plate.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turnhalfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
