Grilled Tuna Steaks With Fruit & Teriyaki Sauce
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, seeded and cut into about 20 slivers|
|Chopped ginger||2 Teaspoon (Candied / Crystallized)|
|Tuna steaks||1 1⁄4 Pound, cut 1 inch thick (4 Pieces)|
|Peeled mango slices/Papaya||12 (Thin)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Teriyaki sauce||To Taste|
Prepare Teriyaki Sauce and keep warm.
Wipe fish with a damp paper towel, then brush both sides of each steak with oil.
Place fish on a well-greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium coals.
Cook, turning once, until outside is firm and opaque but inside is still translucent and moist-looking (about 4 minutes).
Remove fish from grill and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
