Grilled Tuna Steaks With Fruit & Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and cut into about 20 slivers
  Chopped ginger 2 Teaspoon (Candied / Crystallized)
  Tuna steaks 1 1⁄4 Pound, cut 1 inch thick (4 Pieces)
  Peeled mango slices/Papaya 12 (Thin)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Teriyaki sauce To Taste
Directions

Prepare Teriyaki Sauce and keep warm.
Wipe fish with a damp paper towel, then brush both sides of each steak with oil.
Place fish on a well-greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium coals.
Cook, turning once, until outside is firm and opaque but inside is still translucent and moist-looking (about 4 minutes).
Remove fish from grill and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
