Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce, diluted with water (1 Can)
  Instant beef bouillon/2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Dissolved In 2 Cups Water)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger/1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Pressed/Minced)
Directions

Blend corn starch with soy sauce in a 1 -quart bowl to make a smooth paste.
Add beef broth, wine, ginger and garlic.
Mix well.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 4 to 5 MINUTES, or until clear, stirring after 3 minutes.
