Steak Teriyaki

This Steak Teriyaki is simply yummy ! Try out these sauced steaks independently or with some rice or pasta and tell me if you like them ! Your suggestions for this Steak Teriyaki are welcome !
Ingredients
  Club steaks 2
For teriyaki sauce
  Mirin 5 Ounce
  Soy sauce 5 Ounce
  Water 1 Ounce
  Ginger 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Cornstarch 2 Ounce
Directions

Broil or fry steaks until medium.
Cut steaks into squares.
Sauce: Boil Mirin for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce and water.
Add sliced ginger and sugar.
Mix well and simmer the sauce for 20 mins.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to sauce and mix well for a few minutes until cooked.
Strain sauce with cheese cloth or china cup.
Cool the sauce and store in refrigerator.
