Mock Sukiyaki has a grand taste. Mock Sukiyaki gets its taste from round streak mixed with vegetable and rice. Mock Sukiyaki is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
|Round steak||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, sliced|
|Onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms/6 ounce can, mushrooms, drained||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Inch Pieces)|
|Canned condensed beef broth||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Brown meat in salad oil.
Add vegetables, beef broth, and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Combine water and cornstarch; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened.
