Mock Sukiyaki has a grand taste. Mock Sukiyaki gets its taste from round streak mixed with vegetable and rice. Mock Sukiyaki is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
  Round steak 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Sliced fresh mushrooms/6 ounce can, mushrooms, drained 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Inch Pieces)
  Canned condensed beef broth 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Brown meat in salad oil.
Add vegetables, beef broth, and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Stir often.
Combine water and cornstarch; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened.
