|Cucumbers||2 , peeled and sliced very thin|
|Brine||1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Peel and slice cucumbers.
Soak in heavy salt brine for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse.
Put them in vinegar and water mixture.
