Japanese Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled and sliced very thin
  Brine 1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel and slice cucumbers.
Soak in heavy salt brine for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse.
Put them in vinegar and water mixture.
