Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound (1 Chicken)
For marinade
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut chicken into serving pieces and place in a shallow dish.
Pour marinade over, cover and chill for at least 8 hours, turn meat occasionally.
Drain chicken and reserve marinade.
Barbecue chicken pieces over medium hot coals for approximately 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Allow more cooking time on the bone side than the flesh side.
Baste with the marinade while cooking.
