Kani Japanese Crab Salad

Following the popularity of everything Japanese from Pokemon Go to Sushi, here is my take on a Kani style Japanese Crab Salad.
Ingredients
  Imitation crab 150 Gram, strands separated
  Rice noodles 150 Gram
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Sriracha sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Black sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water, drain and rinse well.
  2. For dressing, combine mayo, sriracha, lime juice and mix well.
  3. In a bowl, combine noodles with dressing.
  4. Add sesame seeds, spring onions and toss well.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
