Eggplant Teriyaki

Ingredients
For teriyaki marinade
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger root 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), thinly sliced
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Let stand an hour or more, turning once or twice.
Grill slices about 7 to 10 minutes on each side until lightly browned, basting with the sauce when turning.
