Jambalaya is a delicious cajun/creole recipe which can be prepared with varieties of ingredients such as beef, pork, chicken, duck, shrimp, oysters, crayfish, sausage, or any combination. Some of the more standard additions are green pepper, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, celery, and onions. The cajun styled jambalaya is a new version of the paella recipe.
