Jambalaya With Green Bean
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
Put all ingredients except the ham into the cooker in the order given.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Al low pressure to drop of its own accord.
Remove regulator and cover and return open cooker to a low light.
Add diced ham and stir until all flavors blend and all is piping hot.
