Ingredients
  Smoked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground smoked pork sausage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Celery stalk 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 Large, peeled and coarsely chopped
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cubed cooked chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Bay leaves 2
  Cayenne 2 Teaspoon
  Italian herb seasoning 3 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 3⁄8 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Shucked oysters 12 Ounce
Directions

Combine ham, sausage, onion, celery, and green pepper in 4-quart microproof casserole.
Cover and cook on HI, 5 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in rice, tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, chicken, green onions, bay leaves, cayenne, and Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook on HI, 10 to 12 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
Stir in shrimp and oysters.
Cover and cook on HI, 5 minutes.
