Combine ham, sausage, onion, celery, and green pepper in 4-quart microproof casserole.
Cover and cook on HI, 5 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in rice, tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, chicken, green onions, bay leaves, cayenne, and Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook on HI, 10 to 12 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
Stir in shrimp and oysters.
Cover and cook on HI, 5 minutes.
