Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Uncooked regular rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Smoked sausage 1 Pound
  Diced cooked ham 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Canned beef broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions; set aside.
Saute onion and celery in oil in a large skillet until crisp-tender.
Stir in garlic, sausage, and ham; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
Stir in rice; cook until heated.
