Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Onion 1
  Green pepper 1
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Quart
  Chopped cooked venison 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add garlic powder, tomatoes, salt, pepper and veni- son; blend well.
Stir in rice; simmer for 20 minutes.
