|Cooked diced ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pork sausages||12 Small|
|Cooked diced chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||20 Ounce|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Add onion, green pepper and garlic to hot oil in skillet; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until tender.
Stir in meats; cook for 5 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients; place in greased casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
