Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp 2 Dozen
  Sherry 1 Ounce
  Gumbo file 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Green peppers 2
  Onion 1 Medium
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chopped mushroom 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

"Saute green peppers and onion in butter until tender; add garlic.
Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes and shrimp; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sherry, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stir in file just before serving.
Serve over cooked rice.
