Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Capsicum 1 , sliced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mixed vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , chopped
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil and saute onions till golden.
Add capsicums and fry.
Mix in the flour and continue frying.
Add the tomato puree and warm water and bring to a boil.
Stir in the cooked rice and meats or vegetables, season with Worcester sauce.
Cook over low heat for 10 mins.
Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley and eggs.
