Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Celery leaves 1
  Shrimp 2 Pound
  Cooked ham 1 (1 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  White rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Bouillon/Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Okra 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Pound)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add water, salt, bay leaft and celery to soak overnight.

MAKING
2) Transfer in a saucepan and place over heat to bring a boil.
3) Put shrimp and again bring to a boil.
4) Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
