Microwaved Ham And Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Bell peppers 2 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Boiled ham 6 Ounce, cubed (1 package)
  Shrimp 12 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 package)
  Diced tomatoes 5
  Canned pear shaped tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 can)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried red peppers 2
Directions

Melt butter.
Add onions, pepper and garlic.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES, or until onions are transparent.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add water, stirring to keep smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on HIGH.
Reduce 45 MINUTES on '5', or until rice is tender.
