Shrimp & Ham Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , cut into wedges
  Green bell pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon (Original)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Large shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and cooked (2 Cup)
  Cubed cooked ham 1 1⁄4 Pound (2 Cup)
  Whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, chopped, undrained (1 Can)
  Natural hickory seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook and stir onion, bell pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper in margarine in large skillet over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring often. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
