Shrimp & Ham Jambalaya
|Onion||1 , cut into wedges|
|Green bell pepper||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon (Original)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned and cooked (2 Cup)|
|Cubed cooked ham||1 1⁄4 Pound (2 Cup)|
|Whole tomatoes||16 Ounce, chopped, undrained (1 Can)|
|Natural hickory seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
1. Cook and stir onion, bell pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper in margarine in large skillet over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring often. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
