Cajun-Style Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Hillshire kielbasa 1 Pound, cut in 1 inch slices
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cajun seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic; saute for 5 minutes.
2. Add kielbasa, chicken broth, tomatoes, rice and Cajun seasoning; mix well and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
3. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
