Quick Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Brown and serve sausage links 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Uncooked instant rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Raw shrimp 12 Ounce, frozen, cleaned (1 Package)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut sausages into 1-inch diagonal slices.
Place in electric skillet and brown as directed on package.
Add remaining ingredients except green pepper.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in green pepper; heat through.
If desired, garnish with sprigs of parsley.
