Jambalaya

You can make Jambalaya with just about any meat. Rice is the most important ingredient of a Jambalaya recipe in fact, to the extent that the dish is incomplete without rice. This is another of my Jambalaya recipe.
Ingredients
  Skinless boneless chicken 1 , chopped
  Sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound, smoked
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Rice 5 Cup (80 tbs), uncooked
  Jambalaya 12 Ounce
Directions

Boil chicken broth in a saucepan,add chicken & sausage.Cook over low heat for over an hour.Remove from heat & take meat out of the pan,reserve broth.In a baking dish add uncooked rice,chicken,sausage,jambalaya mix,remaining broth & water(as per the requirement).
Bake in oven at 300 degrees till rice is cooked.
Serve hot
