Quick Microwaved Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 125 Milliliter
  Chopped green pepper 125 Milliliter
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Ground seafood seasoning 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliters)
  Water 75 Milliliter
  Diced cooked ham 250 Milliliter
  Small shrimp 250 Gram, cleaned, 40 - 50 per pound
  Cooked rice 375 Milliliter
Directions

In 2 L (2 quart) shallow glass dish 30 x 20 x 5 cm (12 x 8 x 2 inches), combine onion, green pepper, butter and seasonings.
Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stir once.
Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.
Cook 6 minutes, stir twice.
Add rice; cook 6-8 minutes or until done, stir twice.
