Easy Beef Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Uncooked long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), diced
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1 Small
  Tomatoes 20 Ounce (1 Can Of No.2 Size)
  Chili powder   Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook rice.
Place oil in heavy skillet; saute garlic.
Saute pepper and onion until soft.
Push to one side of pan; brown meat.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cover, simmer gently 30 minutes.
Add rice; stir.
Simmer 20 minutes.
