The kiwii fruit and pineapple jam is a sweet and flavorful jam that can be used in desserts or served with bread. Simply cooked with kiwi fruit and pineapples with pectin, the jam is sweetened with sugar.
Canned pineapple chunks in natural juices
880 Gram (2 Cans Of 440 Grams)
12 , peeled and chopped
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Combine drained pineapple pieces and kiwi fruit together in a 3-litre casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
Stir in sugar and pectin.
Cook for 30-35 minutes on HIGH.
Stir occasionally during cooking.
Pour into hot sterilised jars.
Note: Green food colouring may be added if a deeper colour is required.
