Kiwi Fruit And Pineapple Jam
|Canned pineapple chunks in natural juices||880 Gram (2 Cans Of 440 Grams)|
|Kiwi fruit||12 , peeled and chopped|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine drained pineapple pieces and kiwi fruit together in a 3-litre casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
Stir in sugar and pectin.
Cook for 30-35 minutes on HIGH.
Stir occasionally during cooking.
Pour into hot sterilised jars.
Note: Green food colouring may be added if a deeper colour is required.
