Pumpkin And Apricot Jam
|Pumpkin||250 Gram, peeled and chopped|
|Dried apricots||250 Gram|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Place pumpkin, apricots, water and lemon juice in a 3-litre casserole, Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on HIGH.
Add sugar, stir well.
Cook a further 15-20 minutes uncovered on HIGH, stirring 3-4 times during cooking.
Test that jam gels.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
