Peach Jam

Peach jam makes a great spread and packs in the flavors or peaches, oranges and lemon. This peach jam is quite easy to make too. Give this yummy fruit jam a try.
  Yellow peaches 6 , peeled and quartered
  Navel oranges 2 , quartered (Unpeeled)
  Lemon 1 , halved (Unpeeled)

Measure and add equal amount of granulated sugar.
Stir well and allow to stand overnight.
Next morning add 1/2 t. ginger or pumpkin pie spice.
Cook until thick, about 30 minutes, and pour into sterilized jars.
Makes 7, 8 oz. jars.
What you will have is a sort of marmalade consistency jam of beautiful color and lovely taste.
