raspberry jam is a lovely and flavorful jam made with mashed fresh raspberries and sugar. Mixed together and processed with lemon juice by boiling, the raspberry jam can be sealed and stored.
Ingredients
  Raspberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), mashed
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix raspberries and sugar together and boil and stir 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and boil 3 minutes.
Bottle and seal with paraffin.
